Fake information and rumors about coronavirus are spreading on Facebook, the most popular social media in the world.
As a result, users are facing various problems. Facebook authorities have been working to prevent wrong or fake information.
Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg himself posted the status to inform the users.
In an open letter on Thursday evening, Zuckerberg wrote that about 200 million users of health services are sharing information about the coronavirus to raise awareness through Facebook and Instagram. Similarly, about 35 crore users are clicking on Facebook to know about Corona. So we are continuing our efforts to reduce the spread of misinformation through Facebook and Instagram.
Mark Zuckerberg also said that news coverage of coronavirus in different countries will be closely monitored as soon as possible.
